Teddy Bear Drive
Teddy Bear Drive 2011 - In recognition of National Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, the Girl Scouts of Hawai'i - Ewa No Ka Oi Service Unit is having a teddy bear drive. Your NEW or LIGHTLY LOVED teddy bears will be distributed to children throughout Hawai'i who have been in a traumatizing situation and are need of a little comfort only a teddy bear can bring.
We will be accepting teddy bears now through March 31st. You can drop off teddy bears to the front office. Donate today!

Playgrounds
We will be getting 2 new playgrounds for our students within the next several months. Below are pictures of our new playgrounds. Stay tuned for more information. We will be sending home a parent letter after Spring Break to share more information about the project.

Spring Break
Don't forget Spring Break is right around the corner! Friday, March 11 is a Furlough Day for students and there is no school. Spring Break is from March 14-18. We'll see students back at school on March 21, 2011. Have a safe Spring Break!
Clothing and Slippers
We are looking for clothing and slipper donations for the health room. These items come in handy in emergency situations. If you would like to donate these items, you can drop them off in the health room or front office. Thank you!

Kama'aina Kids - Summer Program
Kama'aina Kids will be doing a Summer Program at Keone'ula Elementary School. Tentatively, the dates will be from May 31 through July 29, 2011 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Stay tuned for more information and cost details.
