Fundraiser Pick-Up
Don't forget the Fall Fundraiser (cinnamon bread, banana-mac nut bread, portugese sausage) Pick-Up will be on Saturday, Sept. 25 from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Fundraising products will not be available after Saturday's pick-up.

Bank for Education
During the period of September 18 through November 26, 2010, Keone'ula will receive a $25 award for each qualified account opened at American Savings Bank. All of your family and friends need to do when they open one of the qualified accounts is ask American Savings to designate $25 to Keone'ula. Family Reading Night
Thank you to all who came out to the Family Reading Night activity! It was a great turn out and there were alot of colorful and creative posters made. The posters will be displayed around the campus. You can view the posters in the library alcove, E, G and F Building. You might find a family's favorite book that intrests you to read.

Friday, November 12, SAVE THE DATE
On Friday, November 12, we will be having our very first Family Fair from 4 to 7 p.m. The different grade levels will be hosting their own game booths and funds raised will go directly towards the needs of the grade level. We will also have food booths and a bake sale, with proceeds going directly to the school fun. We are looking for volunteers and anyone who is able to make a donation. Stay tuned for more information.

Bus Stop
We are asking for you assistance. If your child rides the school bus please be sure to review the bus rules with your child. We have received complaints that children are engaging in unsafe behavior, playing with balls and running into the street. Students should be waiting for the bus in a safe manner.

Tutor.com for Military Families
The Department of Defense provides military affiliated students access to individualized tutoring and homework help through the Online Homework and Tutoring Services Program which is powered by Tutor.com. Military students can access 1-1 help from a screened, qualified subject matter expert tutor, live via the web, in a completely safe and secure online classroom. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so help is available to all military students, no matter which time zone they live in. All subjects of math, English, writing, science and social studies/history are covered for grades K-12. This is not just an intervention for struggling students, but also for students needing a bit of guidance on nightly assignments, or those in challenging advanced classes, who need support.

We need your assistance. When dropping off your child in the morning and afternoon please park in a marked parking stall. Do not park in the fire lane or by the cafeteria. Do not park in the handicap stall without a sticker. Together we can ensure that our children are safe!

Students caught demonstrating KES expected behavior will be given Keone Cash by an adult on campus. 2X a month students can exchange their Keone Cash for a prize.
